Booking & Client Policies
At Mi Piel, we are committed to providing a professional, safe and respectful experience for every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.
DEPOSITS
Paid treatments require a 25% non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated. Your deposit is applied toward the remaining balance of your service.
Free consultations do not require a deposit unless specifically indicated at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If Mi Piel must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
CONSENT & TREATMENT SAFETY
Some treatments require a service-specific consent form.
Please read the entire consent form carefully before signing. The form may include important information regarding treatment expectations, risks, contraindications, aftercare and client responsibilities.
Treatment will only proceed once the required consent has been reviewed and signed.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding relevant health conditions, medications, allergies and other information requested during consultation or consent.
Please ask your professional about anything you do not understand before signing.
Mi Piel may postpone, modify or refuse a treatment when proceeding would be inappropriate or unsafe.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT & SAFETY
Mi Piel is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and professional environment for our clients and team.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, sexually inappropriate, intimidating or aggressive behaviour toward our team or other clients will not be tolerated.
Mi Piel reserves the right to stop or refuse a service when a client's conduct compromises safety, dignity or the professional working environment.
Serious or repeated violations may result in refusal of future appointments.
Where required, individual accommodation needs will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
If an appointment or service must be terminated due to prohibited client conduct after the reserved appointment time has begun or can no longer reasonably be used, the applicable deposit may be forfeited in accordance with Mi Piel's booking policy.
